Self-love is to see yourself as art

You are not here to be a product of society.

Yet from the very beginning, you were told who you're supposed to be:

  • "You're a part of this family, so you have to be like us."

  • "If you were a nice person, you'd forgive her and still be her friend."

  • "If you did that, what will everyone else think? "

  • "That's not what your brother would do. Why can't you be more like him?"

  • "True love means sacrificing everything for that person ."

  • "As long as you make everyone happy, you should be happy too."

you're a creative soul who has been put into a box.

It's no wonder you feel so conflicted, codependent, and anxious inside.

And it's so hard to love yourself when you've never been allowed to truly BE yourself.

This is why it's time to become art.

Being art isn't about perfectionism or putting yourself on a pedestal.

It's:

Freedom to find & be yourself.

Thinking outside the box of "shoulds" & norms.

Living true to what feels good to your soul.

Enjoying the messy process.

Loving yourself along the way.

It's creating a beautiful relationship with yourself and seeing your entire life as a work of art
(which is the "secret" formula for self-love, self-belief, and all the self-things you deeply desire).

Art is so much more than something you do outside yourself.

It is a way of life that creates who you are and how you feel.

I see you as art

You're not here to be what someone (or everyone) else wants.

You're here revel in all the things that make you truly uniquely you -- and artfully create the identity that feels the most alive and right to you.

My mission is to help you see yourself and your life as the greatest art form there is, so you can create self-love and enjoy being your true self.

Hi! I'm Tracy

For much of my life I struggled to be myself, always looking for someone or something to give me a "real" sense-of-self.

I was an emotional rollercoaster. I over-shopped, over-drank, and went to extremes for love & approval.

Now I help people see themselves as the greatest art form, so they can overcome codependency and worry...and become the self-expressed, self-loving person they know they truly are inside.

You can read my journey here.

TESTIMONIALS

”I honestly never understood what it actually meant to love myself. I thought I did, but now that I actually get it, there’s no way in hell I’d go back to my old way of life. Everything is so much better now, and I want to thank you.”
